Dump truck is damaging the public right of way. Tenant does not respect the public ROW. Please have public works inspectors remove this and make him restore the ROW as the front area and boulevards are being damaged.

Due to construction sidewalk is not blocked off but is not walkable. Deep mud, unstable and very slippery. Sidewalk should be closed completely or there should be safe access to walk.
