Alley Repair at 1521 Riverside Dr W

This alley was in hood shape until someone decided to use it when it is wet to park ther vehicle at the back of there rental place. They parked on the street during the winter now they are driving in the alley when it is wet and creating this mess. I will not fix this if this ignorant person does not stop doing this. The alley is beside 137 Curry Ave I would like it to be fixed and gravel put down. Regards Dan Whitesell
