Curb Repair at 1036 Windermere Rd

The sewer here was repaired this summer. This is the second time that the back fill has sunk down. I am concerned that someone will walk on it and sink I am at 967 Chilver Rd This is directly across from my neighbour to the north Phillip Adamson who I think has also called regarding his concern. Thank you for your attention
