Water doesn't flow into sewer, grading is off, sits on asphalt surface and seeps through cracks you claim to fill and maintain. You don't, it continues to freeze, thaw, and crack degrading exponentially. Please don't let this turn into the sink hole like the sewer across the street that needed 5 cement trucks full of concrete to hold in place. You had to come out and fix that a year or 2 ago after it collapsed 6" overnight. Please fix this.
