Washrooms at Alexander Park do not latch and cannot lock

Left toilet at Alexander Park is flushing constantly

Washrooms have been closed for weeks, and the area is super busy...where are kids supposed to urinate! Do better, you can afford a ton of unnecessary policing you can afford a couple maintenance people

Malden Park washrooms are filthy. Attendant had just left and this is how they looked when I entered, apparently felt this was acceptable. Is this the level of service we can expect? Garbage cans are also over flowing.

There is a homeless person in one bathroom not allowing anyone to use it, and the other bathroom is FULL of poop.
