Broken Glass on Roadway - Malden at Continental - Bike lane, shards of mirror in lane, hazard to users

The alleyway south of Tecumseh Road between Leonard and George is unpaved on the Leonard Rd side and has huge potholes. It used to be re-gravelled regularly but has not been in some time. Is the City responsible for this?
