Brand new reflective mesh installed last week, inadequate service fix. Problem still persists , clogged with more debris from neglected injet yards, I won't be fixi by this stuff anymore the city can come so it's job.

Please fix this , this is the 5th or 6th service request about this specific issue. Floods every time it rains , this is roughly 8-12 inches of water at its deepest and continues to rise

The alley was resurfaced a few weeks ago, alleviating issues. However, potholes returned instantly. I do not think that resurfacing was sufficient, as the potholes filled with rocks have started to return.
