Riverside West Park

Park name: The men's washroom door is always open, held open by a garbage bin. Meanwhile, the electric heater is on full blast, trying to heat the great outdoors! What a colossal waste of electricity! I have spoken with Park Maintenance staff about this on a number of occasions to absolutely no avail. I recommend the power to the heater be shut off; or install an automatic door closure device. Remember that the City of Windsor has committed to CO2 reduction.
