This is the 3rd time for this issue. The men's washroom door is padlocked in the open position. The electric heater is on full blast, only heating the outdoors. This is a massive waste of electricity and of Taxpayers wages. Please turn the power supply to the heater off since the door is always open. Why do issues like this not get resolved until the media gets interested?
