Recent repairs to Ganatcho Trail used 'tar snakes.' They are slippery and cause bicycle tires to 'shimmy' or slide laterally, even mountain bike tires...worse for hybrid or street bike tires. There is an apparent issue with the application method. I suggest a review with the Contractor before proceeding any farther. Safety concern. Contact me if you require any further information.
