I fell and bruised/scraped my knee, chin, wrist and elbow because this homeowner has a pipe funneling water down from their home down the driveway, across the sidewalk and onto the road. No slat either. I am happy I didn't break a tooth when my chin hit the sidewalk. Absolutely negligence
