Sidewalk Repair at 219 Thompson Blvd

This is what my sidewalk looks like. You tell me if there's issue. Also they forgot to fill with topsoil and sees areas affected. They filled the other two house that sidewalk was replace. This is crazy, lazy and dangerous if someone gets hurt. High tax paying area and why? No different then low tax area.
