This is the 3rd occurrence where a car using the city parking lot has struck the wooden retaining wall. The retaining wall is made of 4x6 wood beams that are rotting and is a potential safety concern. They are heaving and difficult to move back into place when struck. Last week, someone hit one and threw it into my garden. Please help address this issue! We are planning to build a sidewalk along this route to my back gate. It would be so helpful if The City would address this repeat issue. Thx
