**311 Response: A Service Request has been submitted to our Parking Enforcement Department. Please contact 311 for further information if required.**A retaining wall was struck by a car causing it to fall over. These railroad ties are rotting and have exposed nails. I submitted a request 26 days ago and they are still in this condition. I see the request was opened but not closed. I had to dodge nails (see pictures) to avoid getting cut while trying to close up my garden for the season. These are not only a safety hazard for me while trying to maintain my property but also for pedestrians and vehicles as they are moved into the pathway.
