Curb Repair at 1911 Ontario St

With all of the roadwork being done on Kildare rd right now to replace water lines are they going to puts some curbs in? There are areas right near us that are all cracked or don't have any curbs at all. Some people have built some out of wood where it is really bad. Can curbs be repaired / added while this work is being done. Also, the alley behind our house is in really rough shape (we're at the corner of Kildare and Ontario). If we were to pay for it, could we get this re-paved?
