This has happened several years in a row now costing us lots of maintenance. The reasons are 1; homeless people washing hair with detergents and washing their clothing also 2; People are also steeling the chlorine pucks that are places at the top of the waterfall. My suggestion is to have an automatic chlorine dispenser installed in the pump room.
