Please see the FAQ section for details.** With all the heavy traffic on Russell due to the bridge construction this road needs to have a street cleaner come through on a regular basis in this area. The dust in our apartments on 3165 Russell is something I've never dealt with before. We get mud on all our stuff on our balconies, That's how thick the dust is and probably not good for our breathing! Please can we have a regular schedule along the street of Russell for street cleaning in the evenings. Thank you
