I have garbage situation ongoing as shown in the picture. Homeless people go through garbage and leave big mess. I talked to landlord about it and they said there is nothing they can do about it. I only leave garbage out right before pick up day. However the people find the garbage and tore up all the bags. I keep cleaning the area but loosing my patience. I am trying to be a good citizen and good neighbour but the situation does not help me. Could you help me?
