Alley floods after every time it rains - even when it's not heavy or a lot of rain. It has become dangerous for the kids as it is very slippery - we must enter our garage from the alley so there's no way for the kids to avoid it. When it freezes it's a major hazard. No many how times it's graded, it quickly floods again. With the construction on Moy, it would be an ideal time to fix it once and for all. Preferably asphalt so we can reduce the risk of the kids falling.
