Ram drinking fountain,east of the water bottle fill one, west of the elephants and north of the Ashcroft manor. It's still not fixed, tried it today. This is request #4 to get it fixed. Two other ones were quickly closed, with no apparent fix, and one was supposed to have plumber fix it with no ETA which has been closed recently so I expected it to be working.
