Splash pad won't turn on

Splash pad flooding, drain backup?

Splash pad drains into the parking lot creating a large puddle.

Sprinklers at splash pad are not working.

Splash pad concrete slippery due to residue

Splash pad is currently not responding to any input from the start button

Splash pad is not draining, is flooding instead

Toilet paper + litter at park. Splash pad

Very slippery where the darker parts of the puddle are. May need to be shovelled or hosed off as it is a fall risk.
