Why not let the bushes grow to the horses heads so it looks like they're behind the hedge the way the artist intended?

Please stop putting up this ugly fence. It blocks the view and makes the park look so bad. It's supposedly for the cruise ships, yet a single cruise has not arrived this year. This fence sucks. Take it down. Stop putting it up.

Clay Park needs some trees planted. On the west side of the park, it's just unused space and some trees would really help to add some shade and appeal.
